If you have received a traffic ticket, we are here to help. Before you pay the fine, let us fight to save you time. If you have Warrants or Citations and are unsure of your Citation Number or Status, Please call our office and let us assist you.

If you have a Citation Number, please fill out the form below and submit payment. Our office will contact you at the phone number and/or email you provide within one to two business days to confirm that we can represent you in court. If we are unable to assist you with the submitted citation for any reason, you will be notified and refunded your payment within a few days' time.

Please be advised that our representation of you does not begin until you receive a written confirmation from our office.

By submitting the form below, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the following:

1. Representation of you, in a Court of Law, with regards to the above referenced Citation Number, by The Law Office of Albert Nabhan, PLLC.
2. This firm can never guarantee a result. We will try our best to secure a dismissal on your behalf. However, THERE ARE TIMES WHEN A COURT WILL AWARD A REDUCED FINE, A COURT FEE, OR DEFENSIVE DRIVING. When this happens, our office will contact you at the above listed number to provide you further instructions on how to complete these courses and/or pay these fines.
3. You may receive correspondence from a Court, notifying you of a hearing on this citation. You do NOT need to appear because you have hired this office to appear on your behalf.
4. It is your responsibility to update our office with any new contact information. If we cannot contact you to inform you of a judge's orders, you are likely to miss certain deadlines issued by the Court and a warrant for your arrest may be issued. YOU MUST KEEP US UP TO DATE ON HOW TO CONTACT YOU.
5. Our office will contact you by mail (USPS) or by phone to let you know how the case was resolved.
6. Handling a traffic citation takes time. Some citations can last over a year depending on factors outside of our control. Please be understanding with our front desk if you feel the need to call and ask for an update on the status of your case.
